We come here primarily for the Pho, but we like the Bun also. The egg roll and spring rolls are also authentic and tasty. The food is fresh , flavorful and served timely. The staff is responsive and friendly. The restaurant being clean and well maintained is also a plus.

Eat here about once a week year round. I have eaten at most of the Pho restaurants in the Richardson area the last 4 years and after eating here about 2 years ago I haven't looked back. Pho Pasteur is by far the best. Great service, ownership always chats for a bit, and some of the waiters already know how I like my soup dressed. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Best Pho in town. They roll the tightest most perfectly shaped spring rolls. Not as big a menu as Saigon Block buy what they do have is the best.
